Wide River Technology Extension Center (TEC) was awarded a grant to serve as the Regional Extension Center for the state of Nebraska in February 2010. After listening to our stakeholders and Nebraska providers, we created a business approach which is 100 percent vendor agnostic for all services which we currently provide our clients. This includes EHR vendor selection and all supporting services. We believe strongly that our Nebraska providers should drive any and all decisions affecting how their practice reaches Meaningful Use and as a result, Wide River TEC will not create a short list of “supported” vendors. For additional information, see the Vendor Information fact sheet.
Wide River Technology Extension Center hosted a one-day conference that focused on Meaningful Use, Patient-Centered Medical Home, e-Prescribing and other issues related to current and future Health Information Technology incentives on April 4, 2012, in Lincoln, Nebraska. The vendors that exhibited at this event are noted with an * (asterisk) below.
The vendors listed below have successfully submitted an RFI and are included in the Vendor Matrix we provide to clients.

Wide River TEC is accepting EHR vendor replies to the RFI. Replies should be completed and sent to info@widerivertec.org for inclusion in the vendor matrix. The RFI is located in the documents section to the right.
