Practice must consist of professionals with prescriptive privileges primarily focused on primary care (family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology) and perform its services in any of the following settings: (1) individual or small group practice; (2) Rural Health Clinic; (3) public or Critical Access Hospital; (4) other settings that predominantly serve uninsured, underserved and medically-underserved populations.

Practice commits to the adoption of certified EHR technology and to the achievement of Meaningful Use.

Practice agrees to utilize the standard Wide River TEC contracting agreement with no alterations or modifications.

Practice must complete and execute the standard agreement, including all attachments and exhibits, and return to Wide River TEC with confirmed receipt no later than April 30, 2011.

Due to the expected high demand of this offer, Wide River TEC cannot conduct individual onsite visits to your clinic prior to contract agreement. However, Wide River TEC will conduct a series of introductory teleconferences and/or webinars to explain our services, review meaningful use criteria and the federal and state incentives for achievement of meaningful use of an EHR, and how we will assist clinics in meeting these goals.
